All NT5.1 versions can use NTFS.
NT5.1 has an artifical install limitation of 32GB for FAT32.

You can install XP on FAT32, but it was made to work best on NTFS I 
believe.  But I think it also matters if you get XPHome or XPPro.  I 
don't remember if XPHome can use NTFS.
