ISO images

People were abusing our poor T1 trying to download Red Hat 7.2 ISOs
again, so I've cut off access to them via HTTP.  I still recommend
using rsync, but if anyone *needs* HTTP access, I can turn it on for
individual hosts or networks.

BTW, these were people who have never heard of our users group, not
local people.  Red Hat listed our site as an official mirror at one
point, so it must still be listed somewhere.
