tftp is used along with bootp to boot diskless workstations.  It is
completely different than ftp.  If there is no ftpd in /usr/sbin, just
grab the latest wu-ftpd rpm from

    ftp://ftp.silug.org/pub/redhat/updates/4.2/

Install it with "rpm -Uvh wu-ftpd*.rpm".
