Fedora 19 going down to the wire

Developers are working hard to complete the testing matrix for Release
Candidate 2. They've got all day today and half of tomorrow to complete
enough to make sure a Release Candidate 3 and another testing matrix
aren't needed.

If they get everything done, Fedora 19 will be released next Tuesday
morning. A download script is attached.
