Be advised that the Fedora 13 GA release totalled 94GB, so if you don't have really fast Internet download service this will take "a while". Save the attached scripts in /usr/local/bin, chmod them to 755, create a /pub/fedora/linux/releases/14/ download directory, su to root, then run 'rsync-14release.sh' at a root command prompt.
