sharing a printer

I have one desktop  fedora hard wired to router 5 other linux pc's in
the house all wireless. can someone please explain how to setup a
printer share with all pc's. Printer is plugged in via usb to the
desktop hard wired to router. I am not seeing were I would setup a share
with Samba, I have also tryed cups http://127.0.0.1:631/printers/ with
cups I go threw all the steps everything looks good during setup once
complete. there is no printer there.

This is the info from the setup with cups on the lan pc.
