clustering magic

guys and gals,

I'm needing to setup a 2 node cluster with a shared filestore which is on a 
fiber san.  Additionally, I need failover capabilities for an apache server. 
  It doesn't sound very difficult but I'm having some trouble.  I would like 
to hear your recommendations of configuration.   Currently I'm running 
CentOS(RHEL), logical volume manager for the filestore, cluster manager, a 
fiber switch as the fence, and GFS for the share's quorum.

your information and/or manual recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
