OT: SCHOOL for networking and CISCO career

i found a technical school here in town that teaches Cisco Curriculum,
CCNA 1 Networking Basics v3.1, & CCNA 2 Routers and Routing Basics
v3.1. Would that be something that would make be marketable and does
anyone here do that type of thing already?

i've heard Cisco is pretty big. not sure about the other things. i am
looking more information up on my own, however, i wanted to hear from
people that are doing some of these things what think and not simply
recieve the school's version of things. I was reading about the
differences on a technical school (ITT-Tech or Devry) and a College
(SEMo University) and i recieved the impression that techie schools are
more for hands on careers and Universities are more for management. ITT
offers a BS and so does SEMo ... and the way the classes are described
are a little different.

Anyway, i was interested in knowing anyones take on their thoughts if
they did not mind sharing!
