recycling

At the last SILUG meeting someone mentioned the name of a place I could
take old computer stuff to be recycled. Stuff like old monitors that
contain heavy metals and other toxic materials, circuit boards with
lead/tin solder, and so on.

I'm looking for licensed, environmentally responsible place, preferably
in the Metro East area.
