Not with pure wine, but transgaming's proprietary wineX interface will do the 
job very well.

It will play both Diablo's as well as WoW, Guild Wars, CoV, Half Life, etc....

It's WELL worth the 15 dollar 3 month subscription.
After that you can drop them and keep the software if you like.
