For the most part, the RAM is used to store info to be processed, and
the ports are used to display processed info. The ports do not interface
directly with the RAM, so the amount of RAM used by each port will be
"whatever needs to be displayed on the monitor." However in your
example, the total cannot be more than 64MB. There are a handful of
cards out there that devote so many MB to each monitor, where each port
had it's own RAMDAC, but that's really not the case anymore.
