i was looking for an rpm package for kismet on fc3 and found dag's
repository but no package for fc3 but i did see a spec file. pulled
that plus the newest stable release of kismet from kismetwireless.org
and built myself an rpm.
the only wireless card i have that works under linux is prism 1 and
doesnt appear to want to go into promiscuous mode under a 2.6 kernel
(havent tested it under fc3, only knoppix with both a 2.4 and 2.6
kernel. works great with 2.4).
if anyone would kindly test this package out i would appreciate it
built for fc3 i386
