Just because the host name is "ftp" doesn't mean that it doesn't run other
server protocols too, you know.

Try http://ftp.silug.org/pub/ sometime.

And you can use 'wget -c' on the HTTP connections for restarts.
And HTTP connections are much more NAT/proxy/cacheing/Firewall friendly.

FTP blows. It's just soooooo 1971. Postel was a moron on that day. (IWJK!)
