I hope that you did this by going to http://www.cygwin.com/ and installing all
sorts of useful GNU tools for Windows.

Things like a 'real' find and grep, and most importantly, a real shell like
'bash'. :=)

You can even run an SSH server and clients, as well as an X server to run
graphical Linux/Unix applications on your Windows desktop. Check out the
"rootless" mode for ideas on why this is cool. As if you needed some. :=)
