HP to ship Linux with Windows-less PCs
Interesting news here:
Technology giant HP has said that it will distribute and support the Linux
operating system on personal computers that it sells.
It is understood that HP's decision was driven partly by customer demand,
especially among certain large firms. It is also worth noting that HP
already sells some 400,000 Linux workstations a year, mostly in Asia and
Eastern Europe.
