Yeah, at one point I think it was said SCO told IBM that IBM could buy 
them out and end it all.  Unfortunately for SCO IBM has deep pockets and 
an even deeper patent portfolio.  The worst case scenario is M$ buys SCO.  
However, at that point it should hopefully trigger some antitrust 
questions.
