On the contrary. DOJ found plenty. Microsoft was found guilty of
monopolistic practices contrary to federal law. Most of those
convictions were upheld on appeal.

And my point is that people have been making a lot of wild claims as
though they are fact and and provable. All I've been asking for is some
way to separate fact from fiction.

The blog I started this thread off by sharing is still there, by the
way. Personally I think it's a far more interesting read.
