Apache SSL on virtual server

Check your Listen directive. You need to Listen on both 80 and 443.

And your SSL certificate should have been issued to a hostname, not your IP.

SSL with multiple virtual hosts is just fugly in the config files any way you 
slice it. Look at other successfully configured examples. Check everything a 
couple of times extra, just for good measure.
