Hmmm. Just might give me a reason to get to SILUG meeting. My SLUUG "date"
was moved to their March 12th meeting. So, seeing as the O'Fallon SILUG
meeting is this Thursday, perhaps we have a real topic now?
Besides, I'll get to show off my new 18" flat panel. <g>
Let me know if I need to bring some distro CDs. There's a new Knoppix
and Lycoris out.

If you can handle that as comments to the "ticket" and add in a "related"
ticket (in RT, tickets can have parents and children), then it might work
for you. The admin is pretty painless - all web-based.
There is a command-line interface for the web-impaired.

Sounds like normal RT workflow. You can even give customers direct access
to RT to check the status of their "orders". And you can have "private"
comments etc. by setting up your access rights properly.
