    Here is the link for the drivers. I have the same card, when I 
installl I use the vesa driver in 16 bit color(I do not believe it works 
in 24 bit).  After you hvae it running go to that website and at the 
bottom of the page are the install instructions(link to a PDF file). DO 
NOT use the RPMs as many people hae had problems with them.  Use the 
tar.gz files, I have never had any problems with driver install in RH7.3 
or 8.0.
