If anyone is thinking about installing Linux on a Mac, especially a clone
(Umax or StarMax for starters) I'd go with YellowDog.  It's got some
issues but is overall the best (IMO).  I'm now running YDL on my webserver
(www.rimboy.com) and overall the switch was fairly painless.
