Looks like Steve beat me to the answer.
I got rdesktop to rebuild on el 7 after a small modification to the spec file.

Google searches turn up very stale hits (2014 & before). One says Fedora
quit supporting libgssglue as of F20. If true, it's obviously been
replaced by something else since F25 comes with rdesktop.
