Well, IIRC, there was a problem with Win95 that was M$'s fault on that 
mobo, the problem did not exist under Win98.  

I'm running a mp3 jukebox on that same mobo, it's been up sans the 
occasional reboot running 24/7 for the past 2+ years.  It was a desktop 
system before that.  In fact, I think we still have a few of those mobo's 
doing stuff around the office.  

I am running AMD K6-2's in them fwiw.  In fact, I'd like to find a few 
more 503's for some other chips that have been freed up.
