no end in sight

You know it bothers me to no end when I don't have a server running with
uptime more than 100 day's, I had to drop most of the servers due to a
storm that knocked out power long enough to start killing off our ups's,
that was about 20 day's ago, but I managed to keep my heavy duty novell
server up, so today this thing (novell server) just ceases operation,
stops, cold, no warning, no messages, and especially no hard disk
activity, after a reboot it seems to be fully operational, but there is
nothing in the logs on why it just stopped, I just wanted to put this
out here as another testimonial for using linux, I've never seen a linux
server with enough redundancy to choke a horse just stop, next time I'll
take down the novell server and leave one of the linux servers running,
just a thought

kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills
and listening to repetitive electronic music."
