There are a couple of ways that we could approach this.  One that might work
well is to form a study group and work our way through a text (be it Kara's
book or some other text).  Each month (or week, depending on how often we want
to meet) we have  someone in the group compile a list of discussion questions.
Those with the experience (Randy, Kara, Steve, Tighe, etc.) would be on hand to
dispense tiny droplets of golden nectar from there vast stores of knowledge and
wisdom.

Put me down as a participate.  I might even be will to facilitate the
discussion.
