Most DOS apps will run under dosemu. See

(It comes with the distributions too.)
Most 16-bit and a lot of 32-bit Windows applications, and even some
DOS applications, will run under Wine to one degree or another. See

for more information about it.
You can always use VMware to run Windows under Linux... At that point
*any* application will work.
