Kernel #9 w/sound!!

Finally got sound to work.  [I pulled the Compaq Sound board and
replaced it with a Sound Blaster 16].  Now, it works... sort of.  No
sound with Quake2.  No sound effects in KDE [although I can manually cat
them to /dev/audio and they play].  CDs play through the sound board but
then will not eject unless I exit KDE.
