Windowmaker (or however they want it spelled these days) is the
GNUStep window manager. It is very NeXT-ish, and also quite
configurable, from what I hear. I know a lot of people swear by it.

The last time somebody I know tried that, lilo barfed on it, bad.
You'd probably have a lot better luck moving that secondary master
over to the primary slave. (I know that will work... That's how I
ran for years.)
