an eggdrop is an irc bot. usually these are ran to protect channels from
flood/takeovers/harassment/etc...
id say that what you have is the result of some "script kiddie" getting
lucky and breaking in to that system. id advise that you kill it and check
for security holes and check www.rootshell.com to see if there is anything
running on kaskaskia's server that is exploitable.
its my understanding that when accessus (the isp that i use) gets broken
into (im told it is rare :) that an eggdrop gets installed and ran. (im also
told that shortly after the eggdrop is ran that it is killed by accessus's
staff :) ...

pps ... if any member of accessus's staff reads this mailing list i meant no
insult in what i said ... and i would really be interested in seeing your
setup :)
