spam spam spam....how do I stop it?

Okay, a dialup user from jps.net is spamming aol.com and hotmail.com using
my server.  I need to find a way to make sendmail *not* forward email.  My
firewall rules don't seem to be working, so, I need to actually make
sendmail refuse to relay mail.  Any ideas?
