I will definitely be there. I have installed CentOS 8 in a VM. It seems
I must "recompile" the MATE desktop rpms from F28 (v1.16) or F30
(v1.22). I haven't rebuilt an rpm in more than a decade, so a little
hand holding might be in order.
Also, Steve has found that Red Hat left out the bits of SAMBA 4 needed
to host a Primary Domain Controller. That's another major project
candidate.
And for those of us who were fans of yumex in Fedora and CentOS, it's
nowhere to be found in C8. Same with its ugly successor, dnfdragora. I
hear yumex has been abandoned by its upstream developer.
Finally, I'm sure Andy will have a status report for siteminder and C8.
