Re: Fedora 18 updates



Update. Running hostname works for the current session, but the new
setting does not survive a reboot. For some reason hostname=
in /etc/sysconfig/network was deprecated in F18. The new way to set it
was supposed to be in firstboot, but there's apparently a bug. To set it
manually is super easy:  /etc/hostname.
