Fedora 18 Test Candidate 3

The scheduled release date for Fedora 18 will be January 8. That's just
18 days away.

If you can't wait, try Test Candidate 3. Pretty much everything should
work now (mostly). And this time they've included several "spin" ISOs
for Live CDs you can just run without having to install anything.
