Fedora 18 Release Candidate 1

We're getting closer. If tomorrow's go/no-go meeting produces a "Go",
this RC1 should be very close to the released Beta.

Save the attached to /usr/local/bin, chmod it to 755, and edit the
LOCAL_DEST and LOCAL_USER variables to match your system.
