If you can log into root, trying running the command "df". This should
tell you the size of the partitions and how much room is left on them.
"df -h" will make it more readable. Also, log directories have a
tendency to fill up. Might try checking your /var/log/ to see how much
space it is taking up. Now, I have personal never used Fedora. I am a Gentoo user but I do believe the log directories are the same.
