VNC setup - resolved

Going back through all the settings I found that the firewall modification
on the remote system apparently hadn't been saved. After re-applying the
vnc/tcp custom setting, the local vncviewer came up as it should.

For those who have never seen VNC in action, it's positively eerie. It's
like picture-in-a-picture on a TV. The video refresh rate is hardly game
quality, but it's truly a remote console view with exactly the same colors
and aspect ratio as the one back home.
