I believe 2.5 inch drive connections are standard.  The drive may be  
in some kind of proprietary enclosure.  But you should be able to  
remove the enclosure to get to the drive.

You can then attach the drive to one of these:

http://www.newertech.com/products/products_univ_adptr.php

and do an install from any machine that has USB.
