Re: Ubuntu

I actually put dapper on my desktop.  Its really, rally sweet.  It is, however, not production ready.

It didn't manage to update my open office correctly, which was annoying.  There were a couple of other bugs I ran into that aren't nice, but over all, its another ubuntu triumph.  The deskbar that everyone keeps raving about is very sweet, indeed.  The other cool this is the speed at which its being updated.  They're definitely working hard.  Its gonna be a sweet, sweet release come june/july.

The screenshots show 1.5.0.1 - but Dapper isn't officially released yet...they might throw in the newest version.....or they might not. We'll see in a little over a month!

Steve,

If you don't mind, I'll take your offer up on that. Email me the address and I'll drop them off there this weekend (if you're open that is).

Angie,

Can you pick them up at Steve's location?

Thanks,
Anderson

If all else fails, we'll take them at our store. We've been giving
Ubuntu CDs away for a while now, and we're almost out.

I was hoping to hold off ordering any more until after the new release
anyway...
