I've upgraded 4 (I think) of my computers so far.  I haven't had any
issues worth mentioning.

Keep in mind that the installer sits for a *very* long time on the
last package it installs.  It looks like it is hung or something, but
it isn't.  Just let it finish, however long it takes.
