Ack! Yuck! God no! ;->
Best thing I ever did was chuck FreshRPMS.NET in early 2003. Sure, I
tried them a few times more in 2003 and even 2004, but ran into issue
after issue.
As of January 2003, there was a new project in town, and they actually
had some "quality control" ... it was called the Fedora Project at the
University of Hawaii. Apparently Red Hat thought they did such a good
job, they merged with them a little over a half year later.
All of the "legally questionable" stuff that's not in Fedora Extras is
now at rpm.livna.org. Livna is aligned with Fedora Core/Extras.
Sometimes I'll tap DAG or a few others. But _never_ FreshRPMS.NET.
Sorry, that's just my opinion, and I've pulled so many people out of
issues with FreshRPMS.NET that I can't see them recommended.

The great thing about Livna.ORG is that they _augment_ the built-in
Fedora Core packages, and don't try to replace them like FreshRPMS.NET
does. Makes upgrading a crapload easier for me.

It is mathematically impossible for someone who makes more than you
to be anything but richer than you. Any tax rate that penalizes them
will also penalize you similarly (to those below you, and then below
them). Linear algebra, let alone differential calculus or even ele-
mentary concepts of limits, is mutually exclusive with US journalism.
So forget even attempting to explain how tax cuts work. ;->
