Verizon's network, and their prices seem to be about par for the course
around here.   Unfortunately unlike Mediacom, Neon's advertised prices
are contingent on a one-year contract (This is mainly why I use
Mediacom).  If you live in Carbondale, you should have few problems
getting it--though the last time I asked, Verizon's coverage of
Carbondale was literally spotty.
