Browser plug-ins for website archiving

My wife is doing some online research and needs some specific browser tools.
I haven't had any luck finding them so far, so I thought I would query the 
group and see if anyone could recommend anything.

1. We need a good web-archiving tool/plug-in.
Firefox has several of these, but many seem to be weird and buggy.
Specifically, we need to be able to quickly retrieve and store an entire 
website for viewing later on a non-networked computer.

2. Being able to print a table of links. IE can do this, but who wants to go 
there? Are there any other browsers or plug-ins you know of that can do this?
