What is the domain name for your mail server? If there's a problem, you
can verify by checking the MX record (dig MX), .. you might also want to
verify that your reverse DNS is configured properly (dig -x ).

If it's usi.edu, you have the following MX records defined:

;; ANSWER SECTION:
usi.edu. 86400 IN MX 3 ninja.usi.edu.
usi.edu. 86400 IN MX 3 ninja2.usi.edu.
usi.edu. 86400 IN MX 30 adams.ind.net.
usi.edu. 86400 IN MX 30 washington.ind.net.

ninja is OK:
ninja.usi.edu. 86344 IN A 192.206.10.123

also reverse:
123.10.206.192.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN PTR ninja.usi.edu.

ninja2.usi.edu. 86291 IN A 192.206.10.124
124.10.206.192.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN PTR ninja2.usi.edu.

adams.ind.net. 21912 IN A 157.91.1.9
9.1.91.157.in-addr.arpa. 604800 IN PTR adams.ind.net.

washington.ind.net. 21879 IN A 157.91.1.1
1.1.91.157.in-addr.arpa. 604800 IN PTR washington.ind.net.

usi.edu seems to check out.
