Lexmark X75 under linux; Possible?

Anyone know if its at all possible to use my Lexmark x75 printer in Linux?
I doubt it, but I figured it was worth asking. :)

       ( If anyone is interested in joining an open source project 
please contact me. There is a project called Keyano, for making sounds 
with the keyboard, and can possibly be implemented as an accessibility 
tool )
