I have a 2-port USB2 Cardbus from ADS Tech. The top label says it's
their "USB Turbo 2.0" model. On the back it says the Part number is
USBX-2001. Don't recall exactly where I bought it though.

Note that this card doesn't work under FC1, but does under FC2. And
while there's a connector for external power, it didn't come with one of
those #)(* wall warts and works fine all by itself.

See: http://www.adstech.com.

(Note also that ADS Tech does not support this card under anything but
Winders. They curtly refused to release its I/O details to me so I could
try to write an open-source driver for Linux. Talk about up tight
jerks!)
