Thank you for the support.  :-)

FWIW, our retail store will be open RSN (<2 weeks, if all goes well).
We will be gradually beefing up our support department over the next
few months.

And back to the subject at hand...  I don't know (yet) what I'd
recommend for groupware, but I plan to try out the various open-source
options over the next week or so.  Give me a few days.  :-)
