So one can become LPI 1 certified for $50 if they pass the test?  What 
a bargain.  People should be studying their arse off.

Out of curiosity, how linux-focused is the level 1 exam?  That is, 
could you get a passing score by studying on a non-linux system, e.g. 
AIX, BSD, OS/X, cygwin?
