The Carbondale meetings have been less formal than the O'Fallon
meetings for a while now, mostly because until recently the attendance
was *much* lower.  (For the last few meetings, it has been around the
same.  We're getting close to being back to the size our meetings were
in 1996.  ;-)

And yes, I know that's scary.
