These are not shipped anymore with most base
distributions. Mandrake took these out of it's base
distributions UNLESS you buy a commercial version of
the program (like Powerpack). They can also be
downloaded separately from unsupported or commercial
directories on the ftp site. Most distros want to keep
in good graces with RMS, as they realize much of their
business is due to the good graces of the folks at
"Gnu is not Unix".
