Printing !@!@!

I have an old IBM4019L laser printer attached to my winNT box that I
would like to print to.  
After numerous guesses, some of which yield lots of garbage, some a
postscript-type text, I 
found a printer driver which was suspose to work, but simply nothing
happens.  The last few
lines of the error_log seem to suggest something, but I am not sure
what.  Suggestions:

Hopefully it is obvious that the NT box is shared as telli and the
printer as ibm4019l
